Can we have the raw footage?

I don’t supply the raw footage, part of our service to you isn’t just capturing the raw moment but the creative elements we bring during editing. If you would like the speeches and vows as another bespoke short film, we can add them into your package.

What if we need to cancel/reschedule?

In the case where your date needs to move, a rescheduling fee will apply. For cancelled bookings, the deposit is non- refundable. However, if you are moving to a different date that is available, I’m happy to transfer the deposit to secure the new booking.

What's the payment schedule?

The 50% non-refundable deposit must be made along with a signed contract to secure your date within 7 days of the invoice date. The remaining 50% is due at least 1 month before the event date. If you would like to make instalments on your payment, let me know and we can organise something 🙂

What happens if you can't make it?

In the unlikely event that I can’t make the wedding for some extreme reason (death, floods, fires, pandemics, etc) I will try to find a suitable replacement with similar creative styles. If not, your money will be fully refunded.

Can we choose our own music?

Unfortunately, not. Due to licensing reasons, we cannot pick just any song to be apart of your film. A specific licence must be bought for songs we use in the film. For me, choosing the music is a detailed part of the creative process which is part of how I bring your film to life. If you have a preference of genre or style, let me know and we can work together on picking an absolute ‘banger’ of a song.

When can we expect our film?

You can expect a turn around time of approx 8 weeks for all films unless you’ve opted for the socials add-on (which is a cracker!) where you will receive 3x short snippets to share within a week of your wedding.

Do you offer discounts?

No.

Is a second videographer worth it?

I highly recommend adding a second videographer onto any package! It not only gives me another angle to work with in the editing process, but it allows me to capture you and your guests at the same time. Making sure we capture that single moment when your Mum’s tears as you say “I do”, and watching you crack up to your Dad tell embarrassing stories during the speeches (yeah, get ready for them!).

How does international travel work?

For international weddings, travel costs include: flights, accommodation 2 days before the wedding and 1 day after, and a hire car for both the main and second videographer must be covered. I’m happy for accommodation to be a hotel, Airbnb or bunking in with friends/fam to ease the budget. All travel will be booked by myself once we’ve discussed prices and are all good to go.

How can we pay?

You can either pay through a direct deposit or Paypal. Any fees that come with payments made through Paypal etc must be covered by the client.
